There's a version of personal development that's about becoming more - more productive, more confident, more successful. That's not what I do.
I work with people who sense that what's getting in their way isn't a skills gap. It's something closer to home. A pattern, a habit of thought, a way of seeing themselves that once made complete sense but might have stopped working for them.
The work is to see that clearly - and to stay in that seeing long enough for something to shift. Not to fix or optimise, but to recognise. We all carry multiple selves: the confident and the uncertain, the ambitious and the fearful, the calm voice and the restless one.
My role is to help people hear those voices more clearly, understand what they’re revealing, and turn internal friction into wisdom rather than struggle.
Through considered challenge, deep listening and fresh perspective, people leave coaching clearer in mind, steadier in self, and more capable of becoming who they’re aiming to be.
I work with individuals, teams and leaders. I'm an ICF qualified coach. And I sometimes bring creative practice into the work — not as a tool or a technique, but because creating something can take you somewhere honest that conversation alone sometimes can't.
