Coaching Options

Designed Around You

  • Individual Coaching

Space to think, explore what you want to change, what might be getting in your way and find a clearer way forward.

Whether you have a specific challenge in mind or a sense that something needs to change, we'll shape our work around you, your circumstances and what you'd like to get from coaching.

We might explore familiar patterns of thinking, navigate a period of change, work through a difficult decision or consider what you want from your next chapter.

Typically, coaching takes place over six or more sessions, spread across four to eight months, with sessions of up to 90 minutes. The pace and focus will reflect what you need.

  • Leaders Thinking Partner

An ongoing space to think, reflect and recalibrate.

Leading others can be demanding, and it isn't always easy to find the space or the right person to think things through with.

This is a regular opportunity to step back from the day-to-day, explore what's on your mind and consider the challenges, decisions and opportunities in front of you.

Sometimes that means working through a particular situation. Sometimes it's about testing your thinking, gaining a fresh perspective or simply taking stock of where you are and where you want to go.

I'll bring coaching, mentoring and my experience of organisational life, depending on what would be most helpful.

We agree a regular rhythm of sessions, with the flexibility to follow what's most relevant to you at the time.

  • Team Development Coaching

Helping teams understand themselves and work better together.

Every team has its own dynamics, assumptions, relationships and ways of working. Sometimes these support the team; sometimes they get in the way.

I work with small leadership teams to create space to explore how they work together, build a shared understanding of what's helping or hindering them, and consider what they want to do differently.

The work is shaped around the team's context and priorities. It might focus on building trust and connection, navigating change, improving collaboration, working through tensions or finding greater clarity around shared direction.

Engagements can include individual conversations, facilitated team sessions and follow-up work to help new understanding translate into everyday practice.
